National Vehicle Title & License Service, Inc. also known as NVTLSI, does hereby agree to provide vehicle registration and/or title service to the above named requestor, with the following conditions/expectations:

1. The most expedient service possible on any requested registration and/or title transactions.

2. The utilization of an overnight service company to process such transactions and to guarantee delivery/tracking capabilities.

3. Timely invoicing for services provided and fees disbursed for completion of such transactions.

4. Reasonable follow-up action as needed and requested by Service Requestor.

The Service Requestor does hereby agree to the following conditions:

1. To provide NVTLSI with documents to facilitate processing of transactions and forward any missing items in a timely manner.

2. To forward payment in full within 10 days of receipt of the NVTLSI invoice.

3. To pay for all services rendered including any additional overnight shipping fees for states that require two-step procedures in completing such transactions (Ohio, South Carolina, and some Northeastern States).

4. To pay overnight service fee for completed transactions to be returned to requestor or as otherwise directed.
